Welcome to My Practice

Mission Statement

To be there to help you understand, explore and heal wounds from pain and trauma of the past that are affecting your present. To do this in a safe environment and give hope and change for the future.

My Psychotherapy Practice

Becoming a counselor was something that I had a great interest in from a very, very early age. I wanted to listen to people, help them understand themselves and ultimately give hope.

" Until you make the unconscious conscious,
it will direct your life and you will call it fate "

As such, an important part of a therapist’s job is to create a sense of trust and confidence in them and in the relationship between you, so that you feel able to share things that feel difficult or perhaps you have never felt able to share with anyone before. We take this seriously and will not discuss what you have shared with others, unless they are required to do so either ethically or legally. All sessions are strictly confidential.
