Therapy is a very personal and private undertaking. As such, an important part of a therapist’s job is to create a sense of trust and confidence in them and in the relationship between you, so that you feel able to share things that feel difficult or perhaps you have never felt able to share with anyone before. We take this seriously and will not discuss what you have shared with others, unless they are required to do so either ethically or legally. All sessions are strictly confidential.

Learn More“Having therapy has been a life changer for me. I am no longer suicidal, I understand why I was suicidal, it was all the pain and trauma that I was carrying around inside me for years that made me feel that I couldn’t continue. Bola has helped me to process the trauma and pain, it’s not unbearable anymore and now I want to live”.
“I can see so much more clearly now, therapy has helped me understand why I was making the same mistakes over and over again in my relationships. I didn’t understand that it was because I was abandoned by my father as a child. I didn’t know how much of an impact that had on me”
I am already starting to see the benefits from your sessions, although I know it’s very early days. Just having someone to talk to openly has really helped me.
Therapy helped me get through the darkest period in my life. If I hadn’t had therapy, I don’t know what would have happened to me.
I think that everyone should have therapy at some point in their life. You helped me to make sense of things and understand things, now I am not scared anymore.
I never thought that I could feel human, as I had no emotions or feelings, I was like a robot. You helped me to feel like a human being.
I didn’t know how much that I I had been through as a child had affected me. You helped me to understand how the things that I had experienced as a child had affected me as an adult. It made sense for the first time for me and I understood that I could change things.
You don’t know how much this therapy has helped me. Thank you.
