Richard has over many years of experience working with children, Supporting those with severe learning difficulties, challenging behavior and autism.

He has worked with adults, performing the role of Custodial Support officer to allocated prisoners. This involves being the first point of contact to allocated prisoners for support and liaising with relevant departments, professionals and services.

Counselling Level 3 and 4 Diploma Tutor (The Association of Learning)- Supporting students with their diploma, providing feedback, answering queries and teaching counselling theory.

He has a BSc (Hons) in Counselling from University of East London (UEL)
